Hope Harmotto is the Founder and Team Leader of The Hope Harmotto Team at Compass, built on a simple belief: exceptional real estate is defined by the experience, not the price point. Since 2017, she has guided more than 300 individuals and families through buying and selling, earning a reputation for strategic negotiation and thoughtful, discreet guidance for first-time buyers, luxury homeowners, and investors alike.

A Pittsburgh native and University of Pittsburgh graduate, Hope began her career in the legal field, building a foundation in contracts and negotiation that still shapes her analytical approach. She founded the team in 2023 to deliver elevated service at every price point.
